New Safe Church Policy takes effect 1/1/2017

EUCC is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment in which all people can learn about and experience God’s Love. In order to promote this goal we have created a Safe Church Policy. All paid staff and volunteers who work with minors will be required to read and understand the policy, and complete the forms included in the Safe Church Policy.pdf file. Printed copies are available in the back of the sanctuary.

Adult and Youth Sunday School classes starting

Beginning on September 11, stick around after church for one of our classes! Our youth will meet for Sunday School from 11:00 to 12:00 and adults can join us for a discussion of a faith-oriented topic. We’ve got good things planned for our youth activities, and the first book selected for discussion by our grown-ups is “Bad Boys of the Bible.” We are also continuing our 9:00 a.m. Bible study group if that is a better time for you. Both classes for adults are in Fellowship Hall and the class for youth is upstairs in the Small World Room. Hope to see you there!

Police Chief Derek Lawalin presents an active shooter safety training program called ALICE (Alert – Lockdown – Inform – Counter – Evacuate). Contact Lea Ann Gehlhausen with questions or to sign up to attend at (812) 549-7022.
